With 38 years of experience in international education, I am passionate about helping students, educators and schools achieve their full potential.

My career has taken me from Spain to Wales and finally to Switzerland, where I have served as a teacher, educational leader, Assistant Principal and IB Diploma Programme Coordinator. Alongside school leadership, I have worked extensively with the International Baccalaureate as a Principal Examiner, paper author, workshop leader and school evaluator.

Today, through Juniper Academic Mentoring, I combine academic expertise, coaching and educational consultancy to support students, families and schools around the world.
